ForMed's birthday comes around again

A selection of very short clips from 11 years as ForMed Films CIC

We are feeling SO PROUD and lucky to have been here for 11 years today! With huge thanks to collaborators, clients and funders, huge gratitude to our talented creative team, and the biggest appreciation for all of the people who agreed to share their experiences and voices in our films. We couldnt have done it without you!

2025 was mainly filled with 2 projects:

We made 'Becoming a Dad', with Blackburn with Darwen Family Hub and Dad Matters, sharing

the different experiences of 5 new dads. The aim of the film is to help dads to prepare, and to talk about what they go through and to reach out for help if they need it.

This launched in April 25, with our wonderful collaborator Lara McNally, BwD's Specialist Perinatal Project Lead, pictured here with Producer Rebecca and Director, Emma (with cake!)

Our second film of 2025 was a huge project with Mayo Clinic. Emma flew off to Arizona for research, recording and voice overs, and was inpired and awed by the incredible team and families that she met. This new film is only just complete and still top secret, we can't wait to share it soon.

2026 begins with a new film for a UK charity, Molly Olly's, and looks at Children's Palliative Care. We are hoping this will be the first film of a number of films on CPC. Keep your eyes peeled, the first film should be ready in the first half of the year.

Lastly, here is a picture of our Mayo crew view christmas party. Thanks all of you the wonderful team! Happy Birthday ForMed and Happy one year anniversary to our brilliant producer and innovation director, Rebecca Goldsmith, who we could no longer function without!
