About us
ForMed Films is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company. We have over 10 years experience of making short animated films, illustrations and audio stories to highlight health issues and explain medical procedures and processes.
Our team have a genuine interest in working towards improving health through film, illustration, audio and workshops.
Our films are based on people's real lives and experiences, which makes them authentic and factual, but also powerfully emotional. This means that people remember them, talk about them and share them.

Working together
We can guide you through the process of making a film or presenting your work more visually.
We want you to be as much part of the process as you would like to be, so that together we can create work that reaches your audience, aims and objectives.
This might include helping you use a film as part of a social media campaign, at conferences and events or helping you share it directly with service users.
As we work with people who may have had difficult experiences, we take our duty of care seriously and ensure that people can make informed choices about their involvement in films.
Many of our films have been subtitled and translated into different languages to ensure that they are accessible to as many people as possible.
